Our Delivery Associates (DAs) are much more than our contractors, they’re our partners. Over 60% of ServedUSA’s servers have over 8 years tenure. We conduct background checks on every DA with each DA signing our code of ethics and quizzed quarterly on our Training/Procedures manual. All of our DAs are thoroughly trained and are reviewed quarterly to review and update our client’s service requirements. Additionally, each DA signs independent contractor agreements annually.
